Show N’ Tell is a Youtube kids brand with a mission to inspire the world. Beginning only with their music, my role was to magnify the brand, turning it into a vibrant universe of positivity and vivid visuals.
Here's what we provided for Show N’ Tell:
Brought music to life: We took the basic building block they had – the music – and brought it to life through animation. We hired talented illustrators and animators to create engaging and entertaining content in the form of animated cartoons.
Managed the creative process: We managed the entire creative production, ensuring that the vision of the brand was faithfully captured and conveyed.
Established a social media presence: We set up all social media accounts, effectively positioning SNT on platforms where their target audience is most active.
Launched advertising campaigns: We set up advertising accounts with Google and Facebook, enabling targeted and effective promotions of their brand and content.
Ensured content appropriateness: We hired a child development expert to advise on the brand's content, aligning it with SNT's vision of creating content that is developmentally-appropriate for kids.
Designed merchandise: We designed an appealing merchandise line that represents the brand and resonates with the audience.
Created a brand bible: We consolidated all the guidelines for creatives and freelancers working on the project into a comprehensive 'Brand Bible'.
Launched a website: We launched a website and integrated it with an email/CRM system for better customer relationship management.
Acquired funding: We assisted SNT in acquiring funding to create more videos and enhance their marketing efforts.

Substantial growth: We took SNT from zero views and subscribers to 1.3 million views and over 13,000 subscribers in just 8 months.
Wide variety of content: We created and launched 10 videos and scores of derivative content, keeping the audience engaged and growing.
